This cartoon mixes the all so serious good vs. evil aspect with a bit of humour. 
Inspector Gadget is no James Bond. But with the help of his doughter Penny, 
dog sidekick Brain, and a few (or many) gadgets of his own, he once again stops 
the evil organization M.A.D. from fulfilling their evil plans. 

Doctor Claw always remarks "I'll get you next time Gadget, next time." and this is as 
much fun to watch now as it was then. The score for this cartoon is very likable, and 
it's drawn nice, so that is a plus. Love bright colours in a cartoon. Make you forget
it's age. Splendid cartoon, a classic to say the least!
