This has to be the wierdest, cartoon I've ever seen. This cartoon actually favours evil over the good, and favours the monsters in favour of us humans. 
Mutant monsters have begun appearing on a mining culture in a city, and these monsters, of course, create havoc for the inhabitants of this village. 

The monsters look like mutated humans with green and grey skin, and they know english. Weeee..
